A Day At The Beach: AcroYoga Retreat To Long Beach

Spend a day at Long Beach, just a short train ride away from Penn Station. Surround your self withe the fun loving AcroYoga community of Om Factory and experience two AcroYoga classes on the beach. This day is to celebrate our community with beginners and advanced students alike. There will be support and fun options for all levels of students!

Itinerary

Gather at Om Factory at 8AM, walk to Penn Station to board the 8:45AM train, arrive 9:42AM. Enter at Edwards Boulevard Beach, relax and settle before our first class. Morning class is 10:30-12PM. Lunch on your own/play/siesta from 12:30-3:30PM. Afternoon class is 3:30PM-5:00PM, followed by free time to play, thai massage, human pyramid building and beach photo shoots. Depart together at 6:26PM to arrive in NYC at 7:21PM. Stay later, leave earlier.... this is your day at the beach!

Transportation, beach entrance fee, and food are not included. We recommend students purchase the Long Beach Getaway Package for $19, this includes a round trip train ticket and the Long Beach entrance fee (regular beach fee is $10).
