This workshop provides a safe environment to explore trust, connection and playfulness. The class experience will combine elements from Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage, and will give students a full spectrum experience of AcroYoga. All levels welcome!

Build on your foundation of AcroYoga with this more in-depth workshop that explores counterbalances and more therapeutic & acrobatic flying skills. We will touch upon acrobatic transitions, and get a taste of where this practice can go in paired flying and group pyramid sequences. This workshop will be assisted by Matt Giordano, Mary's acrobatic partner, and offers a perfect complement to Saturday's workshop for those ready to challenge themselves!
