Retreat with Om Factory for a weekend of fun! Instructors Mary Aranas and Emily Conradson will lead a weekend of AcroYoga Beach Play, and Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga on the pier, and we will feed you with our love infused vegetarian cooking. $375 All Inclusive Package, includes 2 nights lodging, 6 vegetarian meals, 5 classes, open and closing ceremonies. All prices are for double occupancy and accommodations are in private homes (there is no A/C). Transportation to Fire Island not included. Space is limited!!! Friday, July 17th

Arrival, get settled, 5:00-7:30pm Opening Circle, Ocean Side Pranayama, Thai Massage, Acro Yoga on the beach, sunset dock scene, Dinner.

Saturday, July 18th

7:30-9:00am Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga on the FAIR HARBOR public pier, Breakfast, play. Picnic Lunch, 5:00-7:00pm AcroYoga on the beach, dock scene, Dinner, evening fun.

Sunday, July 19th

7:30-9:00am Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga on the FAIR HARBOR public pier, Breakfast, play. 1:30-3:30pm AcroYoga on the beach, Light Lunch, Play, depart at your pleasure.
