Dear Friends,
The time is upon us to welcome our blossoming teachers to the Community Class schedule. Through Om Factory's School of Yoga, 11 dedicated yoga students are taking their first steps into the seat of the teacher. These classes are offered by donation to make this practice more accessible to everyone.
For those who wish to deepen their studies in the realm of AcroYoga, the Lunar Immersion with Adam & Jennifer is coming up on March 10-14. This 5-day course focuses on the healing, relaxing and rejuvenating practices of Thai massage and therapeutic flying. Check out this video from last year's immersion.
On Thursday, March 15, we are hosting a multi-sensory, multimedia workshop experience interweaving Asana, music & Mantra presented by Gaura Vani & Kirtan Smith. They are sure to create space for an unforgettable journey straight to the heart of these sacred practices.
Finally, thanks to everyone for joining us for last month's launch party for Studio Arte. The whole evening was enchanting, and we were pleased to see so many friends. Special thanks to our co-hosts, Rachel & Eve from Agent of Change, as well as our special entertainers Gaura Vani, Vrinda, Matt & Chelsey. Check out our Facebook page to see pictures from the party.
May you be uplifted by the support and inspiration of your yoga community in this time of great potential and new beginnings!

This training offers invaluable tools for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and energy workers who wish to develop a new dimension of healing touch for students or clients.

Through a multimedia, multi-sensory exploration of Asana, music and Mantra, we will delve into the very texture of the Universe and explore how yoga Asanas can bring a greater understanding of our inner-connectedness and oneness with the Universe.
In this workshop, we witness the scope and evolution of the universe represented by the range of Asanas: from tiny insects to various species of animals and plants, great sages and warriors, all the way to the Gods. Through these Asanas, the wonders of the universe all gain representation. We will delve into the mythological symbolism of these postures, their significance in the great tales of Hindu mythology, and discuss their relationship in Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga to the energetic body.
